Service Description

An in-depth analysis of your health and current imbalance using Ayurveda diagnostic methods followed by a personalised treatment plan including recommendations on diet, lifestyle and herbal supplements, yoga, breathing exercises and meditation technique. For those with a medical condition wanting to alleviate symptoms, treat the root cause with herbal medication and personal lifestyle change. Traditional techniques such as pulse, tongue diagnosis and an inquiry into your current symptoms will be used to draw a diagnosis of your current health imbalances (Vikruti). The consultation package fee comprises a personalised treatment plan including appropriate herbal prescriptions (excludes cost of herbs) and recommendations for dietary and lifestyle changes.
