Relax your body with Hatha flow, Deep Stretches and Restorative classes, find mental clarity and emotional balance with guided meditation for healing your body and mind and feel the healing vibrations of relaxing music during your restorative yoga. Drink in the serenity of the fresh air and countryside on meditative walks through the quiet time spent among the gardens.  The morning class will be dynamic, the afternoon class will be deep stretch and restorative. Yoga practice conclude with dynamic yoga class on Sunday Morning.
