1. Yoga Session: Flexibility & Mindfulness
Duration: 1hour
Hatha dynamic flow followed by gentle restorative movement ending with deep relaxation meditation designed to stretch, strengthen the body and to relax the mind. Suitable for all levels, this session combines breathing techniques, mindful movement, and restorative poses to help you release tension and promote relaxation.

2. Afternoon Tea: Relax and Unwind
Duration: 60 minutes
Indulge in a relaxing afternoon tea, complete with a selection of fine teas, finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries. This is the perfect time to sit back, connect with others, or simply enjoy a quiet moment.
